Rock "N" Roll developed their Gold lube with both, mountain and road bikes in mind.  Their special formula works to clean and lube at the same time helping to improve shifting and extend drivetrain life. 

This medium weight lube covers a wide range of variable conditions.  Perfect for most conditions you may experience on the trail!  

For best results, Rock "N" Roll recommends the following application procedure:

• Ensure the chain is in the big ring and smallest cog.
• Apply on chain at the top of the cog.
• Since this lube cleans and lubricates at the same time, apply generously! 
• Freewheel the drivetrain for at least five seconds.  This forces the dirt and grit to the surface.
• Shift out of the big ring and wipe clean.
